Response Commitments
- Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours of receipt
- Initial response: Within 48-72 hours
- Resolution: Within 15 days for most issues
- Complex cases: Within 30 days maximum (as per IT Rules 2021)
How to File a Grievance
Please include in your email:
- Your full name and registered email
- Nature of grievance (brief description)
- Date of incident
- Supporting documents/screenshots (if any)
- Your preferred resolution
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's response, you may escalate to:
- Data Protection Board of India (for DPDP Act issues)
- National Consumer Helpline: 1915 (for consumer disputes)
- CERT-In (cert-in.org.in) for cybersecurity issues
- Nearest consumer court in Pune, Maharashtra (jurisdictional)
Anonymous Complaints
We accept anonymous complaints regarding fraud, abuse, or serious violations. However, resolution may be limited without verifiable contact information.
