1. Subscription Plans & Pricing

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

🎁 Your First Subscription: If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first Pro or Plus subscription, we'll refund 100% of your payment. No questions asked.

To request: Email refund@vitaposhanai.com with your registered email and payment ID within 7 days of purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for refund:

First subscription within 7 days (full refund)
Duplicate payments (immediate refund)
Technical issues preventing service access (prorated refund)
Payment made without authorization (full refund after verification)

NOT eligible for refund:

Partial months after 7-day window
Subscription renewals after you've used the service
Account termination due to Terms of Service violation
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (which is probabilistic by nature)

4. How to Cancel Subscription

You can cancel anytime:

Log in to your account
Go to Settings → Subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Your access continues until the end of current billing period
No future charges will be made

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed via the original payment method used for the transaction.

6. How to Request a Refund

Your registered email address
Razorpay payment ID
Date of payment
Reason for refund (if first 7 days, no reason needed)

We'll respond within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within the timelines above.
